Parking at 401 Richmond is only available to the public after 6:00 pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. There is a charge for parking and space is limited.
From Monday to Friday during regular business hours the lot is unavailable as all spaces are reserved for our tenants. There are a number of parking lots in the immediate area and you should have no trouble finding a place to park.
401 Richmond St. W. is also an Autoshare Car Sharing Network host. If you are a member of Autoshare you can pick up a car for use from our parking lot. For more information on Autoshare visit: www.autoshare.com.
