The 401 Richmond Update is a community-building initiative of Urbanspace Property Group. The newsletter began in June 1994 and over the years has documented the eclectic activities and fascinating people who make a home in our historic factory in downtown Toronto. We now mail the newsletter to over 1500 subscribers and it's always available to pick up in the building.
Since September 2005 the Update is printed by Warren's Waterless Printing (the only dedicated waterless printer in Canada) on 100% post-consumer recycled paper from a mill in Quebec.
